We rethought the valve gearbox from the top plate down
Rapid Connect Gearbox™ was founded by valve engineers who were tired of the same compromise: a gearbox that worked mechanically but fought you the moment you tried to add a switch, indicator or actuator. So we designed a better interface — and built a company around it.
The problem we solve
Instrumentation shouldn't mean improvisation
On too many sites, adding position feedback to a manual gearbox meant drilling, fabricating brackets and hoping it all lined up. Every install was a one-off. Every accessory was a risk.
Our patent-pending top plate fixes that. It presents a single, standardised mounting interface that accepts the whole Rapid Connect accessory ecosystem — switches, indicators, actuators and locking — straight from the box.
The result is a gearbox you can specify with confidence, build without rework, and install in a fraction of the time.

Self-locking worm drives, sealed-for-life lubrication and submersible enclosures. We test to failure so our gearboxes don't fail in service.
